Is Ordering Online Safe?

Yes, we utilize PayFast and Yoco as payment gateways. At PayFast, your account login, personal details, and all money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high-security 256-bit encryption. Mobicred can be accessed via PayFast. All transactions on the Yoco Gateway are protected by advanced 3D-Secure technology.

Zen Space has no access to the customer's card details at any time.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and instant eft via PayFast and Yoco. We have partnered with Mobicred and PayJustNow for buy now, pay later options.

We deliver throughout South Africa, and offer free shipping for orders over R1,599.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Please note we have a processing time of 1-2 business days after which your order will be dispatched. Delivery time is based on the estimated time provided by the courier companies we use, 1 to 4 working days (CPT, JHB, PTA, DBN) and up to 7 working days for regional and remote areas

Made to order items take 25-30 working days to manufacture unless otherwise specified in the product description, thereafter delivery will take place.

Do You Offer An In-Home Installation Service?

We do not offer an installation service, please ensure all electrical purchases are hardwired and installed by a qualified electrician. Zen Space (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss as a result of improper installations.
