The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) protects you

It aims to protect your personal information and prescribes what we must and must not do with it. POPIA created an Information Regulator that checks that companies like Zen Space (Pty) Ltd manage personal information in a responsible manner that respects your privacy.

Protection when paying by card

We make use of PayFast as a payment gateway, at PayFast your account login, personal details, and all money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 256 bit encryption. Zen Space (Pty) Ltd has no access at anytime to customers card details.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us, namely the PayFast Payment Gateway. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

Cookies and measurement

We ask first. When you arrive, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline measurement cookies — nothing is tracked until you choose Accept.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure anonymous visits (which pages are popular, roughly how long people stay) with IP anonymization switched on. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not hand it your name, email, or payment details.

Our own visit counter works the same way: it only starts after you accept, and it records the page visited, device type, and time spent — never who you are.

Strictly necessary storage always applies, accepted or not: your shopping cart, your login session, and remembering the cookie choice itself. You can change your mind at any time below, or from "Cookie settings" in the website footer.
